Frustration by its internal nature
(mathematically !!!), roots back to two fundamental reasons: comparison
of self with others or expectations (this in turn can be comparison
again of your idle state and outcome). So you can limit the reason to
one: that is comparison !!!
If in your consciousness or not, but your 'self' always needs a reason, a strong reason to survive.
Your need to compare is your need to prove self existence. This arises from a deep sense of insecurity. Frustration is result of your own inability to find a meaning which is your own but universal in nature thus needs no comparison, which arises from you but aligns to every one so needs no expectations. Hence, no frustrations (at least, mathematically !!!)... ---TSR
